Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Location: Remote. Flexible on location: Belgium/ the Netherlands would be preferable,
Contract length: 6 months (may be extended as per business needs)
Pay rate: Market rate (hourly rate)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (excl. breaks)
Languages requirement: Ideally fluent/Good working knowledge* of Dutch + French + English + German. We would also consider fluent/Good working knowledge of Dutch + French + English as a minimum.
We are looking for a Sourcer to assist the Northern Continent talent acquisition team. The sourcer will be predominantly sourcing candidates for roles based in the Netherlands but also in France and Germany. *Candidates will be fluent or at least have a good command of the languages to the level that allows them to screen candidates comfortably (screening CV, speaking with prospective candidates, using and understanding technical terms) as well as support the recruiter in translating adverts.
Candidates will have at least 3 years prior experience in a recruitment role, RPO experience would be preferable but we would also consider agencies recruitment experience. Candidates
must have experience in the recruitments of engineering / manufacturing and corporate roles in the oil & gas / petrochemical industries and therefore have full understanding of the technical requirements for roles in the industry. Strong networking qualities (via LinkedIn or other sites/software), autonomous, self-starter, proactive, and able to quickly adapt their sourcing strategy to target prospective workforce as per the requirement specifics.
This role is more of a back office / support role to the recruitment business partners. It is not a 360 recruiter or stakeholder management type role, the sourcer will be mainly looking for the right candidates to fill roles within the business, in the engineering, technical and corporate departments.
We also want to avoid candidates with purely IT recruitment background, and focus on candidates who understand the oil and gas industry and are well versed in the technical terms in order to source and make a first selection of suitable candidates from their CVs – to put them through to managers for review.
