Desurvey plc was established in 1976 to provide engineering design and consultancy services for the international petrochemical and offshore oil and gas industries. This involved recruiting and placing skilled individuals worldwide - and so, more and more, we undertook professional recruitment services which now account for the overwhelming majority of our business.
